Knoxville Raceway, in Knoxville, Iowa, is home of the largest Sprint Car race of the year, the Knoxville Nationals. The track is so wide that at the top of the track is 5/8 of a mile long, but if you run around the bottom of the track it's only 1/2 mile. The track is over 80 feet wide.
