Needing a large offset, I made this air cleaner from 0.065-inch diamond plate aluminum. The plasma cut needed little cleanup. As you can see, the edge is not burned. I did use some round shapes clamped in place for a guide to get the shape I wanted. Spacers are IG-welded inside to keep the filter element from being crushed. View Related Article
