With sufficient bracing in the car, the roof is removed. This should be done when building any stock car. There is no need for structural integrity in the roof if you have a rollcage. It makes for an easier and often better job of fabricating the cage. Welding it back on is easy. This is a stock car, not a show car. View Related Article
